The terms are:

I/We contract James R. Horne to provide a seminar with the following stipulations.

Minimum payment of $20.00 per attendee or $600.00 which ever is greater.

Over 100 miles- @ $.40 per mile round trip.

Over 300 miles - round trip airfare from Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport and lodging.

Master Horne will provide six hours of instruction with one half hour break every two hours.

Shorter seminars at $100.00 an hour with a 3-hour minimum.

Attendance certificates will be provided.

No video taping is allowed.
